On-Site Assessment: An excellent way to begin effecting improved communication and expression within your company is via on-site assessments. We observe your corporate culture in operation, noting how people are presenting and expressing themselves as well as how they are representing the company. We may sit in and witness sales meetings or presentations of product and then make recommendations for improvement.

Recommendations: Depending on the nature and depth of your needs we will offer one or more specially designed seminars for different teams or working groups. It may be beneficial to include members of different groups in the same seminar. We may also suggest that we train some of your own people to continue the program internally.

One-on-One: Much of our most effective work is in intensive, one-on-one sessions with key personnel such as your department heads, sales managers, regional managers - even the CEO. During these sessions personally conducted by ID President Laurie A. Burton the client may choose to work on aspects of their personal presentation that they might prefer remain confidential or private. Some find the focused attention more efficient. Other times it may be a scheduling preference, where we are needed at a special time or location.
